Senate of Pakistan being the highest legislative institutes in Pakistan has announced paid internships program for the Masters and BS Hons students. However, these students must be from Islamabad and have completed their 16 years of education from an Islamabad based university.
Two years before MOUs were signed with eight leading Universities of Islamabad, but now many more Universities have been added too. The selected interns will perform Senate Committees Support Services and will also get the chance to learn how the legislative process in Pakistan works.
The selected interns will be attached to various Senate Committees and learn their functions and will give the chance to make contributions. For an even deeper understanding of the Senate, interns may be tasked with other serious nature of work in Legislation, IT, and administration department as well.

Takeout the print of Application Form showing below and after filling it properly send to the (HARRIS REHMAN), Deputy Secretary (HRM), Senate Secretariat, Parliament House, Islamabad.
Important Notes
(i) Current students are not eligible to apply.
(ii) Only the candidates who have completed 16 years of education from Islamabad based Universities are eligible to apply. After receipt of the applications, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at Islamabad.
(iii) No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
(iv) Women are especially encouraged to apply.
(v) All applications for internship shall reach the undersigned on or before 20th May 2018.
(vi) Candidates are advised to apply on the prescribed proforma, available with the link of this advertisement.
(vii) The internship application will be supported by a certificate signed and stamped by Registrar of the last University attended mentioning that the candidate had remained a bonafide student and is currently not enrolled in an academic program.
(viii) Incomplete applications and late submissions shall not be considered.
(ix) The internship will be governed by the terms and conditions as advertised by the Senate of Pakistan.
